This program teaches the lifesaving skills of adult Hands-Only CPR, child CPR with breaths, adult and child AED use, infant CPR and relief of choking in an adult, child or infant. Anyone, an AHA Instructor or a member of the community serving as a facilitator, can lead the course by following the Facilitator Guide and playing the skills practice video. The research-proven practice-while-watching technique provides students with the most hands-on CPR practice time possible while they watch skills performed accurately on the video.
